Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the WeIslam mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. The App is provided by CorpNexus LLC ("we", "us").

2. Description of Service

WeIslam provides Islamic prayer times, Qibla direction, Quran reading and recitation, a Hijri calendar, duas, dhikr, a prayer tracker and related content. The App offers free features and an optional paid upgrade, WeIslam Pro.

3. WeIslam Pro

3.1 Plans

• Monthly: billed every month
• Yearly: billed every 12 months
• Lifetime: a one-time purchase

Prices are shown in the App and in the App Store or Google Play before you buy, in your local currency.

3.2 Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3.3 Free trial

If a free trial is offered (for example on the yearly plan), its length is shown before you subscribe. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid subscription and you are charged. Each person can use a free trial only once.

3.4 Managing and cancelling

• iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until then.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.

3.5 Restoring purchases

If you reinstall the App or change devices, use "Restore Purchases" in the App with the same Apple ID or Google account.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Do not copy, sell or exploit any part of the App without our written permission.
• Do not use the App in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.

5. Religious Content and Prayer Times

Prayer times, Qibla direction and Hijri dates are calculated with established methods and may differ slightly from your local mosque or authority. Please follow your local mosque or religious authority where they differ. The App's content is for guidance and does not replace a qualified scholar.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features and functionality of the App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and software, belong to CorpNexus LLC or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright laws. Quran text, translations and recitations are provided by their respective sources.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use or goodwill, resulting from:

• your use of, or inability to use, the App
• any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or data
• any interruption or cessation of the App
• any bugs or harmful code transmitted to or through the App

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the App if you breach these Terms. Your right to use the App then ends immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the App is provided, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory consumer protections. Any disputes are resolved in accordance with applicable laws.

13. Apple-Specific Terms

If you downloaded the App from the App Store:

• These Terms are between you and CorpNexus LLC, not Apple.
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Your use of the App must comply with the App Store Terms of Service.
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, or intellectual property infringement claims.
• You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

By using WeIslam, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use.
