Terms of Use (EULA) for WeIslam

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WeIslam mobile application ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WeIslam is a mobile application that provides Islamic prayer times, Qibla direction, Quran recitation, Islamic calendar, duas, and related Islamic content. The App offers both free and premium subscription features.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Subscription Plans

WeIslam offers the following subscription options:

- Monthly Premium: Billed monthly

- Annual Premium: Billed annually (12 months)

- Lifetime Premium: One-time purchase for lifetime access

3.2 Billing

- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account

- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period

3.3 Auto-Renewal

- Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it

- To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period

- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase

3.4 Cancellation

- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings

- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period

- You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period

- No refunds will be provided for the current billing period

3.5 Free Trial

If offered, any free trial period will be specified at the time of subscription. After the free trial period expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled.

4. User Responsibilities

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information

- You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes

- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the App without express written permission

- You agree not to use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of WeIslam or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WeIslam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

- Your use or inability to use the App

- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App

- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the App is provided, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Apple-Specific Terms

- These Terms are between you and WeIslam, not Apple

- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content

- Your use of the App must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service

- If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price

- Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services for the App

- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of it
